Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Lead RBT to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about guiding Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) while working directly with clients to implement treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 direct care to their assigned caseload atleast once a week
- Oversee and manage a small caseload of clients (3-5) in collaboration with the BCBA.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the client's unique needs under the supervision of the BCBA.
- Conduct regular observations and provide constructive feedback to BTs and RBTs.
- Maintain thorough documentation, including session notes and progress reports.
- Communicate regularly with families to provide updates, guidance, and support.
- Stay informed about advancements in ABA practices and techniques.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience in the ABA field, with a focus on program development and implementation.
- Certification as a BCaBA or working toward BCBA certification (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with families, staff, and other professionals.
- Knowledge of ABA principles and experience with behavior intervention strategies and applications.
