Experteer Overview In this role you support adult victims of sexual assault through non-clinical, trauma-informed advocacy and crisis intervention. You collaborate with DoD and SAPR partners to address safety and recovery while safeguarding confidentiality and informed consent. You guide victims through reporting options, coordinate medical and legal resources, and deliver training to diverse stakeholders. This position blends direct advocacy with program coordination in a high-sensitivity environment that emphasizes resilience and accountability. Compensation / Benefits • Provide victim advocacy, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed support to adult sexual assault victims • Conduct mandated risk screenings and non-clinical safety planning; develop individualized safety plans • Coordinate medical, legal, and civilian/military law enforcement resources for immediate safety and support • Manage DoD reporting processes (DD Form 2910 and related forms) and explain reporting options to victims • Offer tailored referrals and resources; facilitate warm hand-offs and informed decision making • Collaborate with SAPR personnel and external stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery and caseload management • Plan, schedule, and deliver SAPR training; coordinate training sites, materials, and evaluations • Maintain confidentiality and uphold victim rights; support victims during administrative, medical, investigative, and legal processes • Perform other duties as assigned • Monitor and address vicarious trauma; contribute to organizational resilience Tasks • Bachelor in Behavioral or Social Science or equivalent combination of education and experience • Specialized experience in crisis intervention and victim advocacy related to sexual assault • Knowledge of SAPR policies, reporting options, and DoD regulations • Active DoD SAPR credentials (e.g., DoD Sexual Assault Advocate Certificate) and D-SAACP certification preferred • Ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances and background checks • Strong communication, liaison, and cross-agency collaboration skills • Willingness to work non-standard hours, travel up to 25%, and on-call duties • Experience planning and delivering trainings to diverse stakeholders Key requirements •
