Program Counselor

New Challenges, Inc. provides services to adults with developmental disabilities, diagnosed mental health and traumatic brain injuries in residential settings in the southeast metro area. NCI is currently hiring for full time position in West Saint Paul, MN. The shift available is Monday through Friday 3pm-10pm.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Medication administration
• Transportation
• Documentation
• ADL's
• Programs
• Activities
• De-escalating difficult situations
• Hygiene and full assistance for residents in wheelchairs

All applicants must have a valid driver's license, have a high school diploma, a vehicle to use while on duty, pass standards for driving history and meet criteria for a DHS background study. Experience as a nursing assistant (CNA), personal care attendant (PCA) or home health aide (HHA) are encouraged to submit resumes.
