Licensed Clinical Social Worker $3200 Per Week

Optimum Specialist is seeking an LCSW to work a 6-month assignment at a Correctional Facility in Represa, CA

Pay Rate: $80 per hour, (1099 contractor) $3200 Per Week, $12,800 Per Month

Specialty: Mental Health / Corrections

Days & Shifts

• Mon-Fri 7am - 3pm 5x8 OR Mon-Thu/Tue-Fri 7am - 5pm - On Call is required 1 week during the 6 month contract
• Inquire about 2x10, 3x10 schedule between Monday - Friday of your choice. set schedule

Job Duties for Licensed Clinical Social Worker:

• Conducts initial mental health evaluations including criminal, psychological, and substance abuse case history to assess inmate’s current needs and make treatment recommendations in the initial evaluation;
• Conducts clinically sound suicide risk evaluations including clinical review, applying suicide risk assessment protocols, pertinent data/chart reviews, proper documentation and consultations as needed;
• Identifies the relevant signs and symptoms of psychiatric disorders in orders to comprehensively assess diagnose, and manage the presenting symptoms;

Requirements for Licensed Clinical Social Worker:

• NEWLY LICENSED CANDIDATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY !!!
• LCSW License/Certification (required)
• BLS from the American Heart Association (required)
