Role Type:

  • W-2 Employment
  • On-site | Lower Pacific Heights, San Francisco
  • Candidate must be available to work any shift to support business needs including weekday, weekend and evening shifts - to include opening and closing shifts
  • Hourly base + commission on sales

This Role is for You If You:

  • Have prior experience in aesthetics, wellness, hospitality, or a patient-facing setting
  • Thrive at the front desk- welcoming patients, keeping schedules organized, and making every interaction feel elevated
  • Proven success with high-ticket consultative sales and relationship building.
  • Are detail-oriented, polished, and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease
  • Enjoy sales opportunities (skincare, memberships, treatment packages) and are motivated by commission
  • Are comfortable learning and navigating platforms like Boulevard (or similar EMRs)
  • Have an eye for aesthetics and can support in-clinic content capture for social media

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide concierge-level service at the front desk: greeting, check-in/check-out, confirmations, follow-ups, outreach
  • Coordinate patient schedules to ensure smooth clinic flow
  • Support front-desk sales of products, treatments, packages, and memberships
  • Maintain day-to-day readiness of the office: opening/closing, supplies, cleanliness, presentation
  • Assist with inventory tracking for retail and clinical products
  • Collaborate with team members and virtual assistants for seamless patient support
  • Contribute to building and refining patient care and front office SOPs

Requirements:

  • 1–2+ years of experience in aesthetics, wellness, hospitality, or patient care (required)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Sales experience required (skincare, retail, or memberships)
  • Reliable flexibility and professionalism
  • Weekend and evening availability required
  • Energetic, polished, and passionate about people and aesthetics
  • Consistently demonstrates good judgement, strong character and personality, ethics and high standards of performance
