Experteer Overview As Managing Behavior Analyst at AST, you lead a 2–4 supervisor group and a 15–25 technician team to drive client progress through data-driven ABA care. You will mentor future BCBAs, oversee field supervision, and collaborate with a national network of clinicians. The role combines leadership with hands-on clinical oversight and program optimization within a mission to deliver ethical, high-quality services. You will contribute to ongoing training, research participation, and professional development opportunities.
