Experteer Overview As Managing Behavior Analyst at AST, you lead a 2–4 supervisor group and a 15–25 technician team to drive client progress through data-driven ABA care. You will mentor future BCBAs, oversee field supervision, and collaborate with a national network of clinicians. The role combines leadership with hands-on clinical oversight and program optimization within a mission to deliver ethical, high-quality services. Compensation / Benefits • Provide oversight and field supervision for the team’s clients • Mentor and coach future behavior analysts • Oversee a 2–4 supervisor and 15–25 technician team to ensure progress and quality • Support funding sources navigation and timely reporting • Engage in professional development activities and research participation opportunities Tasks • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a BCBA working with children with autism • Supervision fluency and use of a system to monitor client progress during field supervision • Ability to navigate challenging situations with families, funding sources, or staff • Experience with multiple funding sources and report templates (Regional Center, Insurance, School Districts) • Timely submission of reports and independent submission of reports or high-quality reviews (≥90%) • Experience with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) • Understanding of prerequisite skills across domains and progress-based programming • Ability to create fade-out plans based on caregiver input and progress Key requirements • Competitive base salary • Comprehensive benefits plan including 401(k) • Paid time off • Mileage reimbursement • Professional Development/CEUs • Paid holidays
