Compensation Package Breakdown

• Base Salary: $85,000–$115,000
• Quarterly Bonuses: Up to $20,000+ annually based on meaningful outcomes
• CEU & Professional Development Support
• Mileage & Phone Reimbursement
• Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k)*
• Paid Time Off + Sick Time
