Mortgage Intake Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable Mortgage Intake Specialist to join our growing mortgage brokerage. As the first point of contact for new applicants, you will play a key role in creating a smooth and welcoming experience for every borrower from day one.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new mortgage applicants, guiding them through the initial steps of the loan process
• Collect, review, and organize client documentation and application information accurately and efficiently
• Support loan officers by ensuring all required materials are complete, organized, and ready for processing
• Communicate proactively with clients to provide updates, answer questions, and set clear expectations throughout the intake process
• Maintain accurate records and help ensure compliance with company and industry standards

What We're Looking For

• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• A positive, client-first attitude
• Prior mortgage or real estate experience is a plus, but not required
