Job Title: Behavioral Health Social Worker (LCSW/LCPC) – Inpatient | 5x8 Day Shift
Location: Baltimore, MD 21237
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | 5x8-Hour Days
Pay Rate: $40.00–$50.00/hr (local rates may vary)

About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Social Worker or Inpatient Therapist to join our hospital-based mental health team. You’ll provide psychosocial assessments, individual and group therapy, family meetings, and collaborate on diagnostic and treatment planning. This role may float across MedSurg units as needed.

Requirements:

• Active MD License (LCSW, LCSW-C, or LCPC)
• BLS Certification
• 2+ years inpatient behavioral health experience
• Business casual attire (no scrubs)
• Flu vaccination required

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform psychosocial and safety assessments
• Lead therapy groups and conduct individual sessions
• Participate in daily treatment rounds and 3 PM huddles
• Coordinate with discharge planners for follow-up care
• Work with both voluntary and involuntary patients
