Care Coordinator Responsibilities

· The Care Coordinator builds relationships- closely working with clients and caregivers to build strong working bonds

· Consistently provides excellent customer service to our clients and their families

· Recruitment of caregivers through utilization of recruitment platforms (e.g. Indeed, Smart Recruiter) and cold calling

· Schedule and staff caregivers based on client’s preferences and the coordinator’s knowledge of our care staff

· Manage clients and staff schedules

· Ensures that our staff are utilized as best as possible in meeting our company’s staffing utilization goals

· Other duties as assigned

Care Coordinator Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to conduct sales and customer services calls and visits to clients
• Highly effective communication skills in person, on the phone, or via email
• Computer literate with the ability to learn a variety of software tools
• Proactive attitude that is solutions oriented
• Ability to remain calm and perform in a fast-paced work environment
• Superior organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant industry experience required
• Fluency in English required, Bilingual preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
