About the Role
At Olive Leaf Family Therapy, we’re always looking for Associate Therapists (AMFT, APCC, ASW) who are passionate about meaningful, relationship-focused work and who want to grow within a supportive, connected team.
Whether you’re early in your journey or bringing prior experience, we meet you where you are—offering guidance, structure, and opportunities to deepen both your clinical skills and your sense of confidence as a therapist.
As an Associate Clinician at OLFT, you’ll receive consistent clinical supervision along with support in building a sustainable, fulfilling caseload. Our experienced administrative team manages scheduling, billing, and intake so you can stay focused on your clinical work and your clients. You’ll also be part of a collaborative, values-driven culture where learning, connection, and growth are built into the rhythm of our work.

- Provide individual, family, or relational therapy (in-person and/or via telehealth)
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation in alignment with clinical and compliance standards
- Participate in weekly supervision (individual/triadic and group)
- Attend weekly Staff Connection meetings to stay connected with your team
- Collaborate with peers, mentors, and supervisors for consultation and support
- Build and maintain a caseload aligned with your strengths, interests, and professional goals
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Associate in California (AMFT, APCC, or ASW)
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Strong interest in trauma-informed, attachment-based, and relational work
- Reliable, organized, and open to growth, feedback, and learning
- Bilingual and culturally responsive clinicians are highly encouraged to apply
