 • Complete required reports including Special Incident Reports (SIRs)

Who You Are

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This is an active, hands-on role in a school setting. Staff should be comfortable supporting students who may exhibit behaviors such as aggression, self-injury, or elopement. Physical movement, including standing, walking, and responding to crisis situations, is required.

All staff are trained in Safety-Care (QBS) and use physical intervention only as a last resort, in alignment with best practices and safety guidelines.
