Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Founding Clinical Lead (Part-Time, Growth Opportunity)

Job Description:

Helping Hands: In Home ABA Therapy LLC is a newly established ABA practice serving the Katy and surrounding Houston area. We are seeking a passionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join us as a founding clinical team member.

This is a unique opportunity to help shape a growing company from the ground up. The selected BCBA will assist with insurance credentialing, clinical development, and early client services as we launch operations.

Launch Timeline Notice:
Helping Hands is currently in the credentialing and pre-operational phase. Full client services are expected to begin within approximately 2–3 months, depending on insurance approvals. Initial responsibilities will include credentialing support and foundational clinical development. Hours will increase as caseload builds following payor approval.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with insurance credentialing and provider enrollment
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Supervise RBTs (once hired)
• Provide parent training
• Maintain clinical documentation in compliance with payor requirements
• Collaborate in developing company clinical policies and procedures

Position Details:

• W2 employee
• Part-time to start (hours increase as caseload builds)
• Competitive hourly rate: $68–$75/hour (based on experience)
• Leadership growth potential (Clinical Director pathway)

This role will begin with credentialing and foundational development work prior to full caseload launch.

Requirements:

• Active BCBA certification
• Texas LBA (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication skills
• Interest in helping build a growing ABA practice
• Professional liability insurance (preferred)
