We are excited to hire a Guest Service Coordinator at our location in the Charlotte, NC.

Job Summary

As a member of the Guest Service team at Sauna House, your primary focus is setting the stage for each guest to have an enjoyable and relaxing experience within our walls. You are kind, genuine, compassionate, and knowledgeable about the offerings at Sauna House and the benefits of Hot and Cold contrast therapies, as well as details about our massage program.

Pay: $17 per hour + tips

Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide exceptional customer service to our guests by creating and maintaining a welcoming and warm environment
• Check guests in and out of the bathhouse, handling necessary intake information and billing
• Manage phone calls, emails, and bookings, providing accurate information about services and promotions
• Understand, anticipate, and accommodate the needs of guests
• Manage and create appointments to make efficient use of the bathhouse space.
• Restock and clean throughout the shift, using opening, closing, and in-shift checklists
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and management
• Read, study, and learn about Sauna House’s offerings. Be confident speaking about the health benefits of sauna, cold therapy, and massage treatments so you can share this information with our guests
• Knowledgable about and able to connect guests with memberships and passes to fit their personal needs

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse groups of people
• Excellent calendar management skills to coordinate appointments efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
