About the Role

As a Behavior Technician, you will:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism and developmental disabilities
• Implement individualized behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs
• Collect and record data during sessions
• Support parent training and collaboration
• Work closely with BCBAs and clinical leadership
• Deliver services in home and school settings throughout Alexandria and surrounding areas

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, ABA, Speech, or related field (preferred)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
