A Clinical Role Designed for BCBAs Who Want to Focus on Care

Little Spurs Autism Centers was founded in response to a growing need for thoughtful, evidence-based ABA services. We are committed to client-centered, assent-based care that supports the whole family and the San Antonio community. If you are looking for a place where you can build a sustainable, meaningful career in ABA, where your clinical judgment is trusted, your caseload is manageable, and you are clinically and administratively supported, keep reading.

At Little Spurs Autism Centers, we believe that strong and ethical clinical work is key to client success. Our BCBAs are clinicians first. We prioritize ethical caseloads, meaningful family collaboration, and real support so you can focus on delivering high-quality ABA.

This role is primarily clinical, with the opportunity to grow into leadership if and when you are ready. Not every BCBA wants to manage people. We respect that. We offer pathways for both clinical expertise and operational leadership.

What Makes Us Different

  • Caseload size varies based on client intensity and support level and are capped to protect clinical quality outcomes and prevent burnout
  • We work directly with BCBAs to build caseloads that match their client preferences
  • We want you to focus on client care – to support this, we have teams that manage scheduling, intake, and even insurance authorizations to free you up to focus on clinical outcomes
  • We do not accept every referral if staffing or clinical fit is not right
  • Dedicated Clinical Director support for complex cases, consultation, and clinical needs
  • Flexible weekday scheduling with industry-leading 9 paid holidays off
  • Work-from-home flexibility for programming, documentation, and parent meetings when appropriate
  • Bonuses based not only on productivity, but also clinical quality and outcomes
