We prideourselves on fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment where every teammember can thrive and contribute to our collective success.Position Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced psychiatrist to join our dynamic team in a 1099 role. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive psychiatric care, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment, to clients with a wide range of mental health disorders. The psychiatrist will work collaboratively with our team ofpsychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to develop andimplement individualized treatment plans.Key Responsibilities:-Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments for clients in an in-patientsetting.-Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.-Prescribe and manage medication as necessary.-Provide psychotherapy and counseling as part of treatment plans.-Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.-Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.-Participate in case conferences, treatment planning meetings, and othercollaborative efforts.-Stay current with developments in child and adolescent psychiatry andparticipate in continuing education activities.Qualifications:-Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.-Completed residency in Psychiatry.-Valid medical license to practice in Tennessee, Washington, Illinois, Kentucky and Nevada.-Strong clinical skills in the assessment and treatment of child and adolescentmental health disorders.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.-Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care.Benefits:-Competitive salary commensurate with experience.-Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental vision, and lifeinsurance.-Employer paid health insurance that is effective day one of employment.-Retirement plan with employer contribution.-Unlimited paid time off.-Supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth.Athra Systems/Crosstown Mental Health is an equal opportunity employer.
