Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker (Licensed or License-Eligible) Outpatient Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide counseling services to clients in an outpatient setting, focusing on children, adolescents, families and adults.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Outpatient Mental Health Clinician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide in-person and virtual services to clients and will have the flexibility to adjust their schedule to meet client needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual therapy sessions for clients in an outpatient setting.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with other team members to provide holistic care.
• Stay current with best practices and continuing education in the field of mental health.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• Experience in outpatient settings preferred or willing to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate clients’ needs.
