Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. Duties

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and intake assessments to determine client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis principles
• Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to track client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions
• Provide direct behavioral therapy services to children and individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
• Maintain accurate medical records, documentation of patient care activities, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Educate families and staff on behavioral strategies, progress updates, and best practices for supporting clients’ development

Experience

• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or equivalent credential
• Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder
• Strong background in behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis (ABA) methodologies
• Experience conducting patient assessments, data collection, and medical documentation in compliance with healthcare standards
• Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and patient care protocols related to behavioral health
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information
• Prior experience in special education or working within multidisciplinary teams is highly desirable

Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour
