About the Role
We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Behavior Technician to join our growing team! This position plays a key role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities—especially children on the autism spectrum—through evidence-based behavioral therapy. You’ll help clients build independence, develop daily living skills, and reach their fullest potential in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities to carry out individualized behavior therapy programs
- Track and document client progress accurately and consistently
- Collaborate with BCBAs, therapists, and other professionals to support treatment goals
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) when needed
- Implement behavior intervention strategies and reinforce positive behaviors
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure all documentation meets professional and ethical standards
Qualifications
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities
- Understanding of behavioral therapy principles and techniques
- Knowledge of basic medical documentation and terminology
- Background in psychology, special education, or related field preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
- Patient, empathetic, and passionate about helping others succeed
License/Certification:
- RBT (Required)

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
