Fulfillment Service Coordinator

We have a new opening for a Fulfillment Service Coordinator ( Warehousing/ Delivery Driver) to join the team of top Tier One Global organization in the Windsor, ON area!

Salary: $50,000-$60,000 per year

This position is responsible for all assigned warehousing and customer delivery activities from our client's Fulfillment Centre in Windsor, Ontario.

The ideal candidate will have warehousing and/or delivery driving experience. Experience in automotive after-market is an asset. We are seeking an individual that is has a positive can-do attitude, is reliable, motivated, versatile, accountable and willing to learn.

Core responsibilities:

  • Participate in all day-to-day fulfilment activities of a high demand, delivery time-sensitive fulfillment centre warehouse distribution operation: Warehousing: Receiving, Customer Order Fulfillment (pick/pack), Customer Order Delivery, Vendor Managed Inventory activities; Inventory Control (Replenishment; Cycle Counting) & Paint Mixing.
  • Be punctual. Set example for working safely, diligently, efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and applicable government regulations.
  • Proficiently participate in all aspects of customer service to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction to business objective Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Required Skills / Experience:

  • Professional, Positive, Determined, Customer-Centric, Hands-On, Can-Do Attitude.
  • An acceptable Background Check is a condition of employment for hire and post hire.
  • An acceptable Driver’s Abstract is a condition of employment for hire and post hire.
  • Excellence in organization, time management and communication skills.
  • Forklift Experience with active license preferred. Will train for the specific Branch Lift Equipment.
  • Physically capable. Ability to Lift 50lbs.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet time-sensitive deadlines.
