Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Community Liaison to join our team. This individual will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with referral sources, and promoting our services to potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field sales / business development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities of a Community Liaison (Sales Professional):

  • Identify and develop relationships with referral sources in the community, such as hospitals, rehabilitation centers, physician offices, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry and community events.
  • Present and promote our services to potential clients and their families, emphasizing the benefits of our non-medical home care solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions for clients from initial inquiry to service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including prospecting efforts, meetings, and outcomes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a regular basis.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with at least two (2) years of experience in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry and/or home care services is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and referral sources.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and achieve results.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Good driving record and reliable transportation for use on the job.
