Job Overview
Heart’N Mind Counseling is seeking a part-time Associate Therapist who is fully bilingual in Spanish and English to join our growing psychotherapy group practice. We are seeking a dedicated Associate ( ASW, APCC, AMFT) who can provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy and support to diverse client populations, including children, adolescents, and adults. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in clinical counseling techniques, experience working with various mental health conditions, and a commitment to client-centered care. This position offers opportunities for professional growth within a supportive environment focused on holistic mental health treatment and research integration.

Position Details

• Status: Part-time
• Schedule: Flexible (afternoons/evenings preferred)
• Location: In-person California)
• Start Date: ASAP

Requirements

• Registered Associate Therapist in California (AMFT / ASW / APCC)
• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• Experience providing therapy to diverse populations
• Strong documentation and time-management skills
• Comfortable working independently within a group practice
• Commitment to ethical, culturally responsive care
• Trauma-informed, CBT, DBT, Family Systems

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy services to adults, children, adolescents, and/or families
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with supervisors and clinical team as needed
• Uphold all legal, ethical, and professional standards
