We are seeking a
Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
to join our integrated healthcare team in a primary care setting.
- Provide behavioral health assessments, counseling, and care coordination.
- Collaborate with primary care providers within an integrated care model.
- Participate in school and community outreach programs.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the electronic health record.
- MSW required, Missouri LCSW license or eligibility.
- Experience in clinical or medical settings preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Full-time, Monday–Friday outpatient position.
- Competitive salary between $70,000 and $85,000 per year.
