Experteer Overview In this role you will provide professional psychological services to Veterans and eligible patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment. You will work within a multidisciplinary setting, contribute to training and program evaluation, and may engage in research activities. The position supports flexible responsibilities across clinical, educational, and consultative tasks. This is a mission-driven opportunity to improve mental healthcare for Veterans while collaborating with healthcare teams. Compensation / Benefits • Apply a broad range of psychological treatments and assessment methods to diverse patient populations • Provide individual, group, and family therapies and adjunctive interventions, including psycho-education and rehabilitation • Diagnose mental disorders and conduct cognitive/neuropsychological assessments • Design and implement effective treatment strategies and incorporate new clinical procedures • Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner • May serve as a consultant to medical center staff and trainees and support treatment expectations • May conduct clinical research projects or related activities • Engage in education and training activities and program evaluation as needed Tasks • Licensed independent provider or pediatric/provisional license required (supervision if not licensed) • Ability to practice independently at GS-13 level • Experience with a range of evidence-based psychotherapies and assessments • Experience with clinical consultation and education/training activities • Eligibility to participate in EDRP and meet VA policy requirements • Mon-Fri 8:00 am - 4:30 pm work schedule (as stated) Key requirements • Competitive salary and regular raises • Paid time off (37-50 days/year) • Parental leave up to 12 weeks • Child care subsidy up to 25% of eligible costs • Federal health/vision/dental/term life insurance • Traditional pension and 401(k) with VA contributions
