- Provide inpatient psychiatry services in an acute psychiatric unit.
- Manage a caseload of 6-10 patients per shift.
- Address various clinical areas including anxiety disorders, affective disorder, ADD/ADHD, personality disorders, eating disorders, development disorders, psychotic disorders, and organic disorders.
- Demonstrate familiarity with involuntary commitments, seclusion therapy, and restraint application.
- Utilize treatment techniques such as pharmacotherapy, group therapy, family therapy, and ECT.
- Board Certification in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry required.
