Behavior Technician- after school hours

Job Description
Shalva ABA Services is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) who are passionate about working with children and want to begin a career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

This is an excellent opportunity for:

• Psychology students
• Education majors
• Speech, OT, or social work students
• Anyone who loves working with children and wants meaningful, hands-on experience

✅ What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Implement individualized behavior programs
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Collect simple session data
• Support positive behavior and learning
• Work under the supervision of a BCBA

✅ Requirements

• High school diploma or higher
• Must be 18+
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check
• Positive attitude & willingness to learn
• Experience with children is a plus (not required!)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
