Experteer Overview In this role you will deliver evidence-based psychological care within Legacy’s mission-driven health system. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, provide feedback, and contribute to multidisciplinary care to diverse populations. You’ll work with the Psychology Director and clinical leadership to advance mental health services and outcomes, including telehealth options. Compensation / Benefits • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and deliver written reports with feedback to patients and caregivers • Adhere to clinical practice policies and participate in case conferences to refine treatment plans • Collaborate in a multidisciplinary treatment team with clinicians across pediatrics, primary care, psychiatry, therapy, and social work • Engage in professional development through trainings and continuing education • Evaluate conditions such as ASD, cognitive disorders, and ADHD across diverse populations • Administer psychological testing for children and adults using in-person and telehealth methods • Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and tailored interventions for various mental health diagnoses • Contribute to multidisciplinary team conferences and promote a safe, inclusive environment Tasks • Doctoral degree in clinical psychology, counseling psychology, or school psychology • Current licensure with the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists (TSBEP) / Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council (TBHEC) • Bilingual English and Spanish valued • At least five years of experience as a psychologist with training across diverse assessment batteries; preferred two years of assessment experience • Strong communication skills and robust organizational abilities • Criminal background check clearance Key requirements • Paid Time Off & Holidays • Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) • 403(b) Retirement Plan with Company Match • Short-Term & Long-Term Disability • Subsidized Gym Membership
