Experteer Overview In this Senior Psychologist role, you will lead and shape clinical practices for children and adolescents in a grant-funded, access-focused clinic. You’ll supervise trainees, mentor clinicians, and drive program development within a collaborative, mission-driven team. Expect to balance high-quality evaluations with leadership responsibilities while maintaining productivity. You’ll engage with community partners to extend services and advance mental health equity. Compensation / Benefits • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for children and adolescents (test administration, scoring, interpretation, report writing) • Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to practicum students, interns, and early-career clinicians • Support staff development via feedback, case consultation, and training • Contribute to strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery and clinical quality • Collaborate with leadership on workflow improvements and grant-funded program implementation • Represent CBH in community partnerships and professional networks • Uphold monthly billable hour expectations with available support infrastructure • Deliver psychoeducational presentations to community organizations and university staff • Participate in professional development activities and pursue advanced leadership roles • Lead small projects as needed Tasks • Doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology or Clinical Psychology • 2 years of experience in counseling • Eligible for licensure in Missouri • Authorized to work in the United States • No visa sponsorship Key requirements • medical, dental and vision plans • retirement benefits • paid time off • short- and long-term disability • paid parental leave • educational fee discounts for all UM System campuses
