- Provide evidence-based, individual, couples, and/or family psychotherapy services to a diverse adult and/or adolescent client population.
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic interviews as needed.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor client progress effectively.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Collaborate with the Inspiration Wellness team and external providers as appropriate (e.g., primary care physicians, psychiatrists).
- Exceptional Compensation: Competitive, variable pay split ranging from 50% to 70% of collected fees, commensurate with experience, specialization, and paneling status.
- Administrative Freedom: Full Office Support including billing, scheduling, client intake, insurance verification, and claims management. You focus solely on therapy.
