Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will develop, implement, and oversee behavioral therapy programs for individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. This role involves conducting patient assessments, designing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to promote positive outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA), experience working with children and individuals with disabilities, and a commitment to patient care and ethical standards.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.
- Design, implement, and supervise evidence-based behavioral therapy programs utilizing applied behavior analysis techniques.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Provide direct patient care through one-on-one therapy sessions, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to facilitate consistent implementation of interventions across settings.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Conduct intake assessments for new clients and coordinate initial evaluations.
- Educate families and staff on behavioral strategies, progress updates, and best practices for supporting clients’ development.
- Ensure ethical practice by adhering to professional standards set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and other relevant regulatory bodies.
Qualifications
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorder.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, applied behavior analysis (ABA), special education, and behavioral health principles.
- Proficiency in data collection methods, medical documentation, medical terminology, and managing medical records.
- Ability to perform patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and intake procedures effectively.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and privacy of patient information.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and educating families.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour
