The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping older adults to navigate challenging situations and improve their overall well-being.Responsibilities:- Assist in navigating social services and resources available to participants- Provide support to individuals with diverse background and needs- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans- Offer counseling and support services- Implement workforce development programs to empower clients for sustainable employmentRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field ( Gerontology/ Psychology/ Sociology)- Bilingual in Chinese or Cantonese speaking preferable- Strong teamwork ability- Strong skills in workforce development and empowering individuals for employment opportunitiesCall (323) 346-0360 Monday to Friday from 9am to 2pm if interested.MUST be able to speak Mandarin or Cantonese because the seniors we served are mostly Chinese.
