Part-Time Psychiatrist (Flexible/Remote)

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience ($150–$225/hr)

We are currently expanding into online courses, an podcast and social media platforms, while still offering premium mental health services for our loyal community.

About the Role:

We’re seeking a licensed psychiatrist to join our team for 2–8 hours per week. You will provide medication evaluations and management for adult clients who are already in therapy with our providers. Most are high-functioning professionals dealing with anxiety, trauma recovery, spiritual awakening, or neurodivergence.

You’ll have:

• No crisis or severe psychosis cases
• Flexible scheduling
• A stable caseload of self-aware, growth-oriented clients
• A supportive admin team (we handle onboarding, billing, and insurance)

Ideal Candidate:

You’re…

• A licensed MD or DO Psychiatrist in California
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Comfortable with telehealth (100% remote)
• Respectful of integrative, holistic, or spiritually informed care
• Independent, organized, and NOT looking for drama, micromanagement, or red tape

Bonus points if you:

• Are open to energy work, somatics, or soul-aligned language
• Have a background in trauma-informed care, women’s mental health, or consciousness studies
