About The Position

As a BCBA, you will provide direct supervision to our RBTs as well as hold weekly parent meetings to collaborate with your client's family and team to best further their progress and independence.

As a BCBA, you will:

· Supervise 1:1 ABA therapy in home and/or community-based environments

· Develop individualized treatment plans.

· Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan.

· Provide regular written and verbal progress updates on treatment goals.

· Participate in team meetings and training workshops.

· Ensure that the client is always in a safe and positive environment.

· Follows the policies and procedures of Dedicated Healthcare.

You would be a good fit if:

· You have reliable transportation and are willing to work in homes and center based on a case-by-case basis

· Enjoy working with children and are passionate about naturally implemented, individualized ABA.

· Enjoy working closely with a team to serve clients, including frequent communication with your RBTs.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
