Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and highly qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will play a vital role in developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized behavioral intervention plans for clients with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. This position involves conducting assessments, providing behavioral therapy, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to promote meaningful progress and improved quality of life for our clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in applied behavior analysis, working with children and individuals with disabilities, and a strong understanding of medical documentation and HIPAA regulations.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and supervise behavior intervention plans based on comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and data collection.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment strategies tailored to each client’s needs.
- Provide direct behavioral therapy services to children and adults with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder.
- Collect, analyze, and document data accurately to monitor client progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency in treatment approaches.
- Maintain detailed medical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards.
- Conduct intake assessments to determine client eligibility and develop initial treatment plans.
- Educate families and staff on behavioral strategies, progress updates, and intervention techniques.
- Stay current with best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA), special education, behavioral health, and diagnostic evaluation methods.
Requirements
- Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, applied behavior analysis (ABA), data collection methods, and medical terminology related to behavioral health.
- Experience in conducting patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and managing medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA.
- Excellent communication skills for working effectively with clients, families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining accurate medical records.
- Knowledge of special education practices and working within a healthcare or educational setting is preferred.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
