Program Manager/BCBA
About the Role
OC Bridges is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our leadership team in a unique, non-traditional BCBA role that blends clinical expertise, program leadership, and meaningful collaboration without the burnout of billable hours, evening sessions, or weekend work.
This position is ideal for a BCBA who loves big-picture impact, enjoys supporting and mentoring staff, and wants to apply behavior analytic principles in a dynamic day program setting and not just through direct therapy.
As a Program Manager (BCBA), you will oversee daily program operations while working closely with the Program Director and Clinical Manager to provide clinical input on FBAs, Behavior Support Plans, and individualized service planning. This role allows you to influence program quality, staff performance, and participant outcomes on a broad scale.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and support day-to-day program operations and caseload Management
- Ensure high-quality implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and behavior supports
- Collaborate with the Program Director and Clinical Manager on:
- Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
- Individualized behavior strategies and goals
- Review behavioral data and make clinical recommendations to improve outcomes
- Support staff with behavior management, de-escalation, and ethical ABA practices
- Conduct participant intakes, observations, and program assessments
- Address escalated staff or participant concerns with professionalism and clinical judgment
- Ensure compliance with Regional Center requirements and Title 17/22 regulations
- Participate in community partnerships and Regional Center communication as needed
Schedule & Work Environment
- Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- No weekends
- No evening hours
- On-site and community-based day program setting

Required Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience in program management, supervision, or leadership (preferred)
- Knowledge of Regional Center services and Title 17/22 regulations (preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Pay: $80,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year
