What You’ll Do

•⁠ ⁠Provide 53-minute psychotherapy sessions via a secure telehealth platform

•⁠ ⁠Deliver psychotherapy services under clinical supervision, in accordance with New York State regulations

•⁠ ⁠Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, with opportunities to incorporate holistic and integrative practices

•⁠ ⁠Develop treatment plans and complete progress notes, submitting documentation within 24 hours

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with a supportive team of clinicians and clinical leadership to optimize client outcomes

•⁠ ⁠Performance Bonuses: Starting at $250/month

Professional Development

•⁠ ⁠Weekly supervision and support by LCSWs

Additional Compensation

•⁠ ⁠$20/hour for required administrative meetings

•⁠ ⁠Optional free 15-minute consultations with prospective clients

What We’re Looking For

•⁠ ⁠Active LMSW license in New York State

•⁠ ⁠Active malpractice insurance (or willingness to obtain)

•⁠ ⁠Ability to be credentialed with insurance panels (we’ll guide you through the process)

•⁠ ⁠Experience with or willingness to learn telehealth platforms and EHR systems

•⁠ ⁠Comfort maintaining a caseload of 10+ sessions per week

•⁠ ⁠Strong interest in integrating holistic and evidence-based approaches
