Sandbox Family Services is a multi-specialty, multilingual mental health group serving a diverse range of clients—children, adults, and older adults. We provide individual, couples, and family therapy. Our dedicated office staff manages client inquiries, intake, scheduling, insurance credentialing, and administrative support so you can focus on clinical care.

Position Options:

• Hybrid (Telehealth + In-Office in Pasadena OR Pomona)

What You'll Do:

• Provide psychotherapy to clients aligned with your areas of interest and expertise
• Set and manage your own schedule
• Maintain a caseload of:
• Full-Time Option A: 34 client hours per week
• Full-Time Option B: 28 client hours per week
• Part-Time: Minimum of 22 client hours per week
• Participate in monthly team meetings

What We Offer:

• Competitive hourly rate
• Full-Time Option A: $65–$68/hour (2 hours admin time per week)
• Full-Time Option B: $60-$64/hour (2 hours admin time per week)
• Part-Time: $55-$63/hour (1 hour admin time per week)
• Annual equivalent: $97K–$114K, based on hours worked

Requirements:

• Active California license (LMFT, LCSW or LPCC)
• No interns or associates at this time
• Must not have a private practice

• Flexible, telehealth-based role with optional in-person component
