Hybrid Counselor: LCSW, LMHC, LMSW

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, focusing on the mental and emotional well-being of individuals. The counselor will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental health, social needs, and support systems.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and ongoing assessments.
• Provide therapy and counseling to patients, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment options and resources.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

Experience

• A Master's degree in Specialty from an accredited institution is required.
• Current licensure is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and data protection.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective patient interaction and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
