Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. The LCSW will provide high-quality mental health services to clients, focusing on therapeutic interventions and support for individuals facing various life challenges. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapies to promote mental well-being.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical counseling using techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions to support clients in a collaborative environment.
• Manage crisis situations effectively, employing crisis intervention strategies as needed.
• Offer specialized care for clients with PTSD and those struggling with addiction.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with ICD-10 standards and organizational policies.
• Engage in ongoing research to stay updated on best practices in clinical social work.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients, including those with experience in working with children.
• Oversee LSW, Peer Coaches and Staff

Experience

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Valid state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Proven experience in clinical counseling, crisis management, and group therapy settings.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices for PTSD care and addiction counseling is highly desirable.
• Strong research skills to inform practice and enhance service delivery.
