Job Overview
The Front Desk Client Service Coordinator is the welcoming face and calming presence of the spa. This role ensures every guest feels cared for from the moment they inquire to the moment they leave. The coordinator manages scheduling, guest communication, check‑in/check‑out, and supports smooth daily operations with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with warmth, professionalism, and a calm, welcoming presence
- Guide guests through check‑in and check‑out processes
- Anticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful, attentive service
- Maintain a peaceful, organized, and inviting lobby environment
- Support guests with questions about services, memberships, and retail products
- Scheduling & Communication
- Manage bookings, cancellations, and schedule adjustments with accuracy
- Communicate clearly with guests via phone and in person
- Coordinate with therapists and estheticians to ensure seamless service flow
- Confirm appointments and provide pre‑visit information when needed
- Process payments, gift cards, and retail transactions
- Follow spa policies, safety standards, and confidentiality guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and retail areas
- Assist with opening/closing procedures and daily checklists
- Monitor inventory of front desk supplies and communicate needs
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality, spa, salon, or wellness environment preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable with scheduling software and POS systems
- Ability to multitask in a calm, organized manner
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to high‑quality service

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
