Lumii is a compassionate, family-centered ABA practice serving young children and their families in Central Texas. We’re growing and looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who want to do meaningful work in a supportive, values-driven environment.

At Lumii, we believe ABA should feel human, respectful, and empowering — for clients and team members.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children (primarily ages 2–8) in home and community settings
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect accurate data and collaborate with your supervising BCBA and Co-RBTs
• Build positive, trusting relationships with team members, our children and caregivers
• Use assent-based, compassionate approaches in everyday practice.

What We’re Looking For

• Active RBT certification (required)
• High school diploma or higher
• Reliable transportation & willingness to drive locally
• Strong communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor
• Experience with young children preferred (ABA, childcare, teaching, or similar)
• Be able to pass background checks
• Hold or willing to get CPR certification
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, not required
