Staff Psychiatrist - Up to $5K Sign On Bonus

We are seeking a full-time Staff Psychiatrist to provide onsite inpatient mental health services in Lancaster, CA.

The role involves conducting psychiatric evaluations, developing treatment plans, offering therapy, and collaborating with hospital staff on admissions and psychiatric needs within the inpatient unit and partial hospitalization programs.

Requirements include Board Certification in Psychiatry, CA Medical License (MD/DO), active CA DEA, and recent inpatient or acute care experience. Strong evaluation skills and experience with diverse patient populations in inpatient or emergency settings are essential.
