Job Summary
Early Intervention Specialist (EIS)
Agency Role: Provides direct individualized intervention services, works on developmental goals, conducts developmental assessments, and submits developmental reports to the Service Coordinator and the Director of Thrive and Grow Inc.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Child Development, Human Development, Early Childhood Education, Special Education, or a related field.
- Experience working with children aged 0-3 with developmental delays is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct developmental assessments to identify delays and strengths.
- Develop individualized developmental goals and intervention strategies.
- Provide direct intervention services to children and families.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members (SLP, OT, PT) to ensure comprehensive support.
- Maintain accurate documentation and submit reports to the Service Coordinator and program director.
- Educate and support families on strategies to enhance child development.
- Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development training.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $35.00 - $73.00 per hour
