Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Homecare Account Executive, Community Liaison, to build and strengthen relationships within the community and expand our homecare services. This role involves engaging with healthcare providers, community organizations, case managers, social workers and potential clients to promote our unique homecare solutions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to develop strategic partnerships that align with our mission to provide exceptional homecare services.

Duties

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to identify new opportunities within the community.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, case managers, social workers, community organizations, and referral sources.
  • Conduct warm calling campaigns to engage potential clients and partners effectively.
  • Present and promote our unique homecare services through meetings, presentations, and networking events.
  • Manage accounts using CRM tools to track interactions, follow-ups, and sales pipelines.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients and partners to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach campaigns that increase brand awareness.
  • Analyze market trends and community needs to tailor service offerings accordingly.
  • Lead efforts in community engagement initiatives to enhance company visibility and reputation.
  • Conduct service inquiries and client interviews to understand client service needs and preferences
  • Serve as the main contact for clients and families, serving as the liaison to address concerns and implement requested changes.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, caregivers, and healthcare providers to ensure to encourage collaboration and client satisfaction
  • Visit referral partners on regular basis, maintaining, strengthening and growing relationships

Skills

  • Proven experience in Business Development within healthcare or related fields.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to articulate value propositions clearly.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms for account management.
  • Ability to analyze market data and community insights for strategic planning.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Skilled in warm calling techniques to establish rapport quickly with prospects.
  • Previous experience and knowledge of marketing/sales strategies relevant to homecare services is a big plus.
  • Knowledge of home care services, aging-related challenges, and caregiving best practices

Pay: $40,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
