Position Overview
We are seeking Licensed Mental Health Professionals to join our team as independent contractors (1099). This is a fully remote opportunity with the potential to build a consistent, long-term caseload and transition into expanded or full-time opportunities over time.
You bring the clinical expertise — we handle the referrals, systems, and administrative support.

What You’ll Do
- Provide virtual counseling services (individual, couples, family, teen, and group sessions as applicable)
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based care
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical and administrative team
- Build your caseload with consistent referrals, typically within 30–90 days after credentialing
Who We’re Looking For
- Active, unrestricted license as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Mental Health professional equivalent
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience (telehealth experience a plus)
- Strong clinical judgment, empathy, and communication skills
- Comfortable working with technology and HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms
- Passion for providing quality, client-centered care
