Medical Social Worker

All Saints HealthCare, is searching for baccalaureate degree social worker, for a busy adult and pediatric respiratory facility . A degree in social work, or sociology and or psychology is required. The qualified social worker will have experience in working with responsible parties, families and residents, providing solutions to potentially complex care issues, discharge planning and placement. The social worker will also interact with facility departments and state agencies. We are a dynamic medical environment with special residents who are ventilator and tracheostomy dependent who require an engaged hands on social worker.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $29.00 - $33.00 per hour
