Full job description
Job Summary
As our private practice continues to grow, we’re opening space for a Counselor Trainee (CT) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensed in the state of Ohio to join us.
We’re a small, thoughtful practice that values connection, ethical care, and the humans behind the work. This might be a good fit if you’re looking for a place where you can grow at your own pace, feel supported in your clinical work, and be part of a team that truly cares about one another and the clients we serve.
We’re hoping to connect with someone who enjoys providing meaningful therapy, values consultation and supervision, and appreciates flexibility and balance. Experience with specific populations or modalities is welcome, but curiosity, care, and integrity matter most here. You’ll find flexible scheduling, support with the administrative pieces, supervision for Counselor Trainees and Licensed Professional Counselors, and a practice culture that respects boundaries and sustainability.
Loving dogs is a definite plus — occasional tail wags and quiet companionship may be part of the workday.
If this feels like it might be a good next step for you—or something you’d simply like to learn more about—I’d love to hear from you.
