We are Harmony Hills Behavioral Health (HHBH), a longstanding residential treatment facility serving adults with primary mental health disorders, in central Florida. We are in Altoona, FL, less than one hour North of Orlando. Our serene, rural setting allows guests to heal away from the stresses of everyday life. We seek an experienced Licensed Therapist to join our team!

Schedule:

LICENSED INDIVIDUAL/FAMILY - M-F - 9-5:30 (LMHC/LCSW/LMFT) - Rotating on call / Holidays and weekends as needed.

The experienced Therapist should meet the following minimum requirements:

Minimum of (2) years of experience as a Therapist and/or Mental Health Counselor in a mental health environment.
Able to work the schedule as above noted for each role.
Licensed Therapist preferred
Experienced in working with individuals with higher mental health acuity, Baker Act Assessments, and Psychiatric facility background.
Background in residential treatment or other acute settings such as INPT.
Requires in-person evaluations
Individual and Family sessions
Comfortability working with individuals with Serious Mental Health Diagnoses such as Bipolar, Schizophrenia, PTSD, SUD
Experience with modalities such as EMDR, ART, DBT preferred but not required.

Job Status: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year / *Compensation based on years of experience and licensure

Schedule:

8-hour shift
Day shift
Holidays
Weekend availability PRN
On-call rotation for licensed staff (approximately 1 week/every 4 weeks)

License/Certification: LMHC, LCSW, LMFT
