Position Overview:

Peach Fit Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator who is passionate about patient centered care and excited to contribute to a mission driven pelvic health physical therapy clinic. This position is 28 hours minimum with competitive compensation based on experience. This role plays a key part in shaping each patient’s experience and supporting the day-to-day operations of the practice.

You will work closely with the clinic owner in a small team environment where your contributions truly matter. This position is ideal for someone who is warm, organized, reliable, and motivated by making a real difference.

Required 28 hours in the clinic with opportunity for more hours available. M-F in office availability required with flexibility on times, clinic is open 8-5 each day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients via phone, email, and text
  • Schedule and manage patient appointments
  • Assist with new patient onboarding, intake forms, and documentation
  • Collect payments and support front-office financial processes
  • Maintain accurate patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
  • Assist with clinic communications, including newsletters and patient emails
  • Support light marketing efforts such as social media posts and promotion of workshops or events
  • Help keep front-office systems organized and running smoothly

Qualifications

  • At least one year of prior administrative, front desk, or customer service experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable discussing intimate pelvic floor concerns with patients in a professional and nonjudgmental way
  • Comfortable using computers, google docs, scheduling systems, and basic office software
  • Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with patients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience in a healthcare, physical therapy, wellness, or small business setting is a plus
  • Experience with marketing support or client communications is a plus
