Position Overview:
Peach Fit Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator who is passionate about patient centered care and excited to contribute to a mission driven pelvic health physical therapy clinic. This position is 28 hours minimum with competitive compensation based on experience. This role plays a key part in shaping each patient’s experience and supporting the day-to-day operations of the practice.
You will work closely with the clinic owner in a small team environment where your contributions truly matter. This position is ideal for someone who is warm, organized, reliable, and motivated by making a real difference.
Required 28 hours in the clinic with opportunity for more hours available. M-F in office availability required with flexibility on times, clinic is open 8-5 each day.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients via phone, email, and text
- Schedule and manage patient appointments
- Assist with new patient onboarding, intake forms, and documentation
- Collect payments and support front-office financial processes
- Maintain accurate patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
- Assist with clinic communications, including newsletters and patient emails
- Support light marketing efforts such as social media posts and promotion of workshops or events
- Help keep front-office systems organized and running smoothly
Qualifications
- At least one year of prior administrative, front desk, or customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable discussing intimate pelvic floor concerns with patients in a professional and nonjudgmental way
- Comfortable using computers, google docs, scheduling systems, and basic office software
- Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Friendly, professional demeanor with patients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Experience in a healthcare, physical therapy, wellness, or small business setting is a plus
- Experience with marketing support or client communications is a plus
